The fourth race of the UCA Regatta League 21/22 has taken place

On Friday, February 18 took place the fourth race of the UCA Regatta League organized by the Vice Rectorate of Culture through the Nautical Campus and the Sports Area. The facilities of the Club Nautico Puerto Elcano hosted the activity that had the collaboration of the Municipal Institute of Sports of the City of Cadiz. On the waters of the Bay of Cadiz sailed in 11 boats almost fifty participants from the university community. The south and southwest winds accompanied during the day.

The boat of skipper Manuel Páez Álvarez (Escuela de Ingeniería Naval y Oceánica) clearly won both races. The boat skippered by Joan Cirerol Sitjar (Escuela Superior de Ingeniería) took second place. Third place went to the raquero skippered by Jaime Yrayzoz Roldán (School of Naval and Oceanic Engineering).

The next race of the UCA 21/22 Racing League is scheduled to be held on Friday, March 25, 2022.
