The third edition of the UCA Muévete X tu Salud Tournament begins – Torneo UCA esport de Movement Challenges

On April 19 began the third edition of the UCA Muévete X tu Salud – Torneo UCA esport de Movement Challenges, aimed at members of the university community.

Interested parties can consult all the information on these tournaments at the following info.

The objective of the “Muévete X tu Salud” call is to appeal to the members of the University Community about the importance of practicing physical activity and to encourage them to actively participate in a challenge of adding up minutes of physical activity.

Any member of the university community (student, PAS or PDI), regardless of their level or physical condition, can participate, providing their physical activity records (walking, running, cycling…).

In addition to the health benefits of the physical activity itself, participation will have its culmination in the form of prizes for the first two places in the individual classification, both at the end of each of the established registration periods, as well as for the final general classification.

In addition, a classification will be established by centers (Faculties/Schools, College and Rectorate, in the case of PAS attached to units and services), awarding the TROPHY UCA Muévete X tu salud to the center whose participants have contributed more minutes of physical activity.

This initiative is part of the UCA esports Movement Challenges Tournament program, organized by the Vice Rector’s Office for Culture through its Sports Area, with the collaboration of the Nautical Campus, the Rector’s Office and UCASaludable.

All available information (registration procedure, sending activity logs, prizes…) can be found at the following address https://areadeportes.uca.es/competicionesesports/challenges/
