The fifth and last race of the UCA Regatta League of the 21-22 course was held.

Last May 13 was held the fifth and last race of the UCA Regatta League organized by the Vice Rectorate of Culture through the Nautical Campus and the Sports Area. The facilities of the Club Nautico Puerto Elcano hosted the activity with the collaboration of the Municipal Institute of Sports of the City of Cadiz. Students, teachers and staff of the UCA sailed over the waters of the Bay of Cadiz aboard 8 raqueros. A single race was disputed, with wind from the south of six knots of intensity, being suspended the second race scheduled once given the start due to lack of wind.

The boat skippered by Víctor Martínez Bernal (Escuela de Ingenierías Marinas, Náutica y Radioelectrónica) crossed in first place, followed by the boat skippered by Eduardo Llopis Saint-Hilaire (Escuela de Ingeniería Naval y Oceánica). Third place went to the boat skippered by Joan Cirerol Sitjar (School of Engineering ESI).

Primeros Segundos

With this event, the UCA University Regatta League 21/22 ended. In the total count of the different races, approximately 200 participants competed in them.
